LUMA Energy claims it has no budget to maintain new luminaires

LUMA Energy’s budget for the next fiscal year has no money allocated for important areas, such as the maintenance of new lights or fire prevention, the consortium denounced Friday before the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB).
